Dogs in grassAs the weather gets nicer out we all begin spending more time outside.  There is nothing more unsightly on your nice green lawn than yellow spots from pet urine.  Urine is quite high in nitrates and watering the spots immediately after your pet is the only preventative.  If you are unable to water the spots immediately after your pet here is a quick and simple tip for how to fix these spots without purchasing expensive spot fixer.

What you will need:

Grass seed

Calcium – Can be purchased from garden centers/ home hardware

Water

What to do:

1.  Rake the yellow spot removing the dead grass.

2.  Mix calcium and grass seed together and apply to the yellow spot

3.  Water daily

4.  Enjoy the results
