An update on our COVID-19 procedure:
In accordance with the Alberta government’s Stage 2 Easement of Restrictions, we will be unlocking our doors and masks will be optional. If you would prefer we wear our masks, please ask and we can accommodate you. Curbside appointments are still available upon request.
We would still prefer 1 person per pet for appointments where possible because our exam rooms are so small. We have discovered that it is safer for our patients, clients, and staff if the rooms aren’t so crowded.
Euthanasia appointments will return to normal, pre-covid appointments with no restrictions on the number in attendance or masking.
Patient drop-offs will be done in-clinic now unless you prefer a curbside drop-off. If you would prefer curbside please call when you arrive. Early drop-offs are available if the check-in paperwork has been completed in advance.
Curbside food and medication pick ups are still available. Call when you arrive if preferred.
We are available Saturdays from 9:00-12:00 for urgent appointments only, food and prescription pick ups as well.
We will also still have a doctor on call 24/7 all week.
Thank you again for being the best clients and being so understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to comment, message or call us!
