No payment required at the time of ordering.
Here are a few important details to ensure a smooth shopping experience:
Client-Only Access: Our webstore is exclusively for current clients of Cypress View Veterinary Clinic.
Not a Client Yet? If you’re not a client but plan to become one and would like to shop and pick up items in-store, please email us at careteam@cypressviewvet.ca to request access.
Registration Required: As required by our governing body, all users must register and be approved before they can begin shopping. Approval is typically completed within 1 business day.
In-Store Pickup Only: At this time, all orders placed through our online store must be picked up at the clinic or use our delivery service. Clinic pick up ensures stable temperature control and no risk of porch pirates stealing your pet’s food. We do not offer shipping services.

How to Begin
Become a Client
Our webstore is for current clients of Cypress View Veterinary Clinic. If you're not yet a client but plan to shop and pick up items in-store, please email us at careteam@cypressviewvet.ca so we can help you get set up.
Register for the Webstore
Visit our online store and create an account using the same name and email we have on file at the clinic. This helps us verify your account quickly.
Wait for Approval
Once you register, our team will review and approve your account within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is ready.
Browse & Shop
After approval, log in to the store, browse our products, and add your items to the cart.
Choose In-Store Pickup
Complete your purchase and select in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it’s ready.
Pick Up at the Clinic
Stop by the clinic to pick up your order during our regular business hours.

Why do I have to register?
The AbVMA, our veterinary governing association, requires a membership that is password protected to be able to shop on veterinary online stores.
Who can shop on your online store?
Our webstore is available to current clients of Cypress View Veterinary Clinic. If you’re not a client but plan to shop and pick up in-store, email us at careteam@cypressviewvet.ca to request access.
I just registered, why can’t I shop yet?
All accounts require manual approval to ensure you’re a client. This process usually takes 1 business day. If you haven’t heard back, feel free to give us a call.
Do I need to be approved every time I shop?
No, approval is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, you can log in and shop any time.
Do you ship orders?
At this time, all orders must be picked up in person at our clinic. We do not offer delivery.
Can I shop if I’m planning to become a client?
Yes! If you intend to shop with us and pick up in person, just reach out to careteam@cypressviewvet.ca and we’ll help you get started.
What if I use a different name or email than what’s on file at the clinic?
That might delay approval. Please be sure to register using the same name and email we have in your clinic file.
What happens after I place my order?
We’ll prepare your order and notify you when it’s ready for in-store pickup during our regular business hours. This usually takes 1 business day.
Why can't I see any products or prices?
This is because you haven’t registered yet or your registration hasn’t been approved yet. If it has been more than 1 business day since you have registered, please reach out to us at careteam@cypressviewvet.ca to check on the status of your application.
I got an email saying my registration has been denied, but I am a client of yours or want to be a product customer. What do I do?
Sometime mistakes happen. If you feel this decision was made in error, please reach out to us at careteam@cypressviewvet.ca to check on the status of your application.
No payment at the time of check out, what gives?
Payment is handled at the clinic to avoid unnecessary fees. Payments can be made via in-clinic payment, e-transfer, or credit card over the phone. You will be contacted for your preferred payment option.
